My Droid Razr Maxx HD updated last week and ever since has been highly unreliable. I'm getting about half of my text messages, the phone likes to freeze and the battery drains like it's its job. Are there any fixes??
I'm sorry that you are experiencing these issues, jdub16. Are you using the preinstalled message application or a third party application? Have you tried using your phone in Safe Mode to see if any of the issues still occur? http://vz.to/1gQ2egS

Your link is about transferring photos from my phone to my computer. Not sure how that is going to help this problem. I have both the native text messaging app and a 3rd party text messaging app on my phone. One is just set as my default. However, neither app is getting the messages so I don't think that matters right? I'm not sure how to put my phone on "Safe Mode" nor do I understand how that's a "fix." Why should we have to run our phones in Safe Mode? Should they not function properly on their normal mode?
