Battery drain

The Google map app with location device ID draining my turbo2 do that I need to charge it 2x daily.  Any problem or cons in disabling app?

Is that what the battery status is telling you? How often are you using the Maps application?

You can turn off high accuray for GPS when your not using Google Maps.

Settings > type "mode" at the type under the search icon > change the mode from High accuracy to either battery saving or device only.
