Good morning. I am sorry to learn of the difficulites you are experiencing with your device. I know the importance of being able to use the Bluetooth functionality on your phone.
What software version do you have? To check the software on your phone tap on Apps>settings>about phone>system version. Also, you may try checking if there is a software update available by tapping sytem updates. When your experiencing the difficulites with your Bluetooth, is your mobile hotpsot turned on?
