Bluetooth on Android 4.4.2 is not working I have heard 4.4.3 fixes that bug?

I am unable to pair my car stereo with my Droid Razr HD Maxx I have read on other sites that the current version 4.4.2 has bluetooth issues and 4.4.3 fixes it. It sees the device but says it doesn't get the correct PIN
