Just got a Panasonic Bluetooth enabled phone, paired fine with the device. But each time I leave/come back to the house I have to set in settings which headset I want to use.

I, too, rely heavily on the Bluetooth feature of my device! Let's see how we can automatically reconnect each time you come home.
Page 44 of the device manual http://vz.to/183QdeL explains that the device will automatically connect to previously paired devices when in range, by simply turning on your device. Does it not automatically connect when you return home? What Bluetooth device are you attempting to connect to when you return home? Are other Bluetooth devices paired to your RAZR? Let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!

I have a Plantronics 975 earpiece that works very well with my Razr. I
just got a Panasonic KX-TG7873S phone system for my home, it has a
"Link-to-Cell" cellular convergence solution, from what I understand it is
just Bluetooth enabled. I have paired both device with my Razr. In
settings, Bluetooth setting, both device show. But only one device can
connect at a time. If my Plantronics is connected and I choose the
Panasonic device, the Plantronics device disconnects and the Panasonic
device then says it is connected. Both devices work when they
are connected. Is it because they are both "headsets"?
So, to have to remember to connect to one or the other device, depending on
weather I am coming or going is not practical.

I understand now! A Bluetooth headset can not be connected to two devices simultaneously. You'll need to get a new headset for your home phone if you want them both connected. Here are some we have available...http://vz.to/17ycvC Have a great day.

I don't think you understood. The phone does not use the Plantronics
headset. In Bluetooth settings I have 2 devices paired the Plantronics
headset and the Panasonic phone.

Thanks for the info! You will need to need to manually connect to the home system. The device pairing does not look as if it will connect automatically after leaving the home area.
