Every time I try and send a photo via Bluetooth I receive a message that it was not sent, connection unsuccessful. I have Bluetooth turned on, it's paired with the laptop, and I can send photos, files, etc., from the laptop to the phone but not the other way around. Any ideas on what I'm missing?
