On previous phones I have had (Blackberry, LG) you could go into sound>my sounds>new sound and record a sound (such as my grand daughter telling me to pick up the phone) and then save that as a ringtone. I have not found that capability on my new RAZR HD.
Hi graphicsguy, I love having my daughter create my personalized ring tones as well! It does not appear that the Droid Razr HD has a standard voice recorder application pre-installed. Have you tried searching the Play Store for an application that will accomplish this task? While I am unable to support a specific 3rd party application I am sure there are a few "ring tone maker" applications available. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help!
