I am trying to give my Verizon Support app the "device administrator" option, but the response is coming back "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped working" and I page is reset. The same is happening when I try to enable Lock and Erase in the "Recover" section of the Verizon Support app
Have you considered using the Android Device Manager app for the Lock and Erase function instead?
