Cannot reinstall or find deleted app on Droid Turbo 2

accidentally uninstalled an app so I tried to reinstall it but when I go to the Google Play Store on my phone and search for it (NCP Mobile) it does not show up. When I go to the Play Store on my computer, it shows up as "installed", so I cannot reinstall it. I tried to check my library on Play Store, but the Menu does not show up so I can't get to my library. Is it possible it's still on my phone, if so, how can I find it?

I see it in the app store to install on my Samsung note 10 plus.  Maybe your phone is not compatible with the latest version or something.  Here is the app developer info so you can contact them.
