Since I brought this phone about two months ago I've been having this same issues. I thought it would work itself out but never did, I asked for assistance and got shut down in the middle of the convo from the tech side. My Droid Turbo 2 constantly freezes, during new messages/alerts if I'm trying a message or watching a video it stops it in the middle of it, in the process of getting a phone call it also freezes. I have put it in safe mode and yet t still does it, I've had a Droid Turbo 2 prior and this never occurred. Honestly it's an issue and I completely dislike it.
