Im trying to create a vcf file to my storage device. The process works (or at least seems to work) but when I copy the file over to my PC and import it into Outlook there is only one contact.
The process.... On the phone go in to "people" hit the menu button select export to storage. After it completes I connect to my PC and copy the file (usually 00001.vcf) to my PC. Then in outlook I do file open import/export then select .vcf file and follow the wizard.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gfi,
Process can sometimes be confusing..No worries, we are always here to help! Lets get this resolved. You can important your contacts into outlook from your device. The file should be a .csv file not .vcf file. In order to create a .csv file you can use the free Verizon Wireless Back up Assistant application online. You would need to backup the contacts to the Backup Assistant application first. Follow the directions here to import http://vz.to/Htl0KJ then these instructions to export to outlook http://vz.to/181ocDx
