How do I shut off do not disturb? It turned on somehow so my volume is turned off. I don't hear my calls.

Which phone model do you have? It would be helpful to provide it to give device specific instructions.

I'm having the same problem - Droid Turbo - 6.0.1.  Do not disturb will not stay turned off.  It turns itself back on every night.

Do you have the Moto application setup to recognize when you are home or quiet hours? Also check the sounds and notifications section of the Settings.

I've been through the sounds and notification setting several times.  I do not see any way to configure the Moto application (all it shows for settings are "notificaions, let moto learn and privacy").

Just go to Settings and use the Search for Do Not Disturb.
