When trying to access My Verizon Mobile, promps to download newest version. When trying to "upgrade now" it just continuously tries, to no avail. Also, unable to download ANY apps. Tries, again to, no avail.

I want you to be able to download/install applications and continue to enjoy your device! When did this problem begin? Do you have a 3G/4G signal when attempting to download the apps or are you connected to a WiFi hotspot? Go to the Play Store application, then select the Menu key in upper right corner and select Settings. Select "Auto-update apps" option and confirm which option is selected. If it is set to update over Wi-Fi only, this would prevent the apps from updating if the device is not connected to a WiFi hotspot. Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!
