I want you to be able to download/install applications and continue to enjoy your device! When did this problem begin? Do you have a 3G/4G signal when attempting to download the apps or are you connected to a WiFi hotspot? Go to the Play Store application, then select the Menu key in upper right corner and select Settings. Select "Auto-update apps" option and confirm which option is selected. If it is set to update over Wi-Fi only, this would prevent the apps from updating if the device is not connected to a WiFi hotspot. Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!
