My RAZR currently has less smartphone functionality than a Speak & Spell... so I will be doing a hard reset.
2 questions:
What is the best way to backup my photos and videos from the phone? I'm thinking of plugging the phone to my PC via USB and navigating to the pictures to copy them over. I've never plugged the phone into my PC, so I don't even know if this can be done.
Will a hard reset erase the SD card? During the hard reset process, is there an option to NOT erase the SD card?
