Still nothing. It has been 7 hrs and nothing has happened.I also tried plugging it in ans it didnt do anything. Is my phone just completely done for? Oris there something else I can do? HELP!!

Are you plugging it into the wall with the original charger that came with the phone? Does it display anything on the screen at that point?

I don't know how long you have owned this device but two things come to mind.

1- Call verizon wireless at their 800 number and talk to tech support.

2- Bring it to a verizon wireless company store and not a reseller place and let them troubleshoot the device .

In either case they will be able to either get it functioning or to replace it, etc.

Good Luck

Try holding the power button and the volume up and down buttons, all three, at the same time for about 15 seconds. Once your screen blinks, it should reboot your device.

Hi there baileyboo13!

Sounds like you need a VZW doctor for phone revival, stat. And I'm your guy to help awaken your device so let's jump right in.

Now, I'm very sorry to learn of this situation and I appreciate the description of what's going on as well as everything you've done thus far. Because you said that you tried an alternate reset (holding the power button and volume key down), I just want to verify that you did so with the volume down key and tried this for at least 30 seconds or so. It's certainly odd that you still have the green LED blinking so I'm hoping that will solve it. If not, I would attempt charging both via a wall outlet and computer USB where you can try another alternate reset to see if it powers up. If not, we may need to look into a replacement and I would love to hear back so I can make sure this gets handled for you.
