Hello,

I have more than one phone number on my verizon account.  When trying to import my phone numbers via csv file, backup assistant only recognizes one phone number.  How can I import my csv file to the second phone number on my account?

Each line on the account can have its own MyVerizon account associated with it. The Backup Assistant, ringback tones and ringtones purchase can then be managed with the MyVerizon account associated with that line.

Hello,

If I'm understanding you correctly, that would mean creating/registering the second phone number.  I don't want to have two separate logins.  I want to login with my username, versus logging in with the phone number.

Your login is currently associated with the primary line on the account. In order to manage the Backup Assistant with the other line, you will need to create a second MyVerizon account for that line.

Use Google Instead i have to Maxx's and i have the Same Account on each Phone and it Works Smoothly) for both of them.. b33

I too use Google Gmail to backup all contacts and use Dropbox to save all photos from my phone.  Verizon Backup Assistant messed up too many times and created real headaches straightening out the mess.  When I set up a new phone I just skip the Backup Assistant part. So far, knock on wood, Gmail has worked well.  I also use Google Calendar and sync it to all of our family phones.

excuse my words brezzex but i'v never used that crap O i guess i have once this was two years ago when i didn't no about it Much about and some one told me it's the best out there well they were wrong and i'm glad i dropped it)  And thank Goodness i got hooked to Google and i never Looked back as i say it's always been a Reliable source for me..in and out.. b
