Droid Razr loses signal; goes between 3G and 4G; Freezes frequently; I'll select an email to open and it will jump to another and open it.  This happens not just in email also texts.  It has been acting very erratically this year.  I took it in last week and they replaced a scratched SIM card.  Now I'm still losing signal.   What is up?   Anyone else having trouble?  This is the second phone this year.  The first one got really hot and Verizon finally replaced it.

Good morning. I know how frustrating it can be when you experience signal issues on your device. Especially, when you have already replaced the SIM card on your phone.

To ensure there is not a network issue. What zip code are you in when you experience signal issues? What software verison are you running on your phone? To check the software on your phone click http://vz.to/140J55q Have you also tried running your phone on safe mode? To run your phone on safe mode click http://vz.to/155Iv7n
