I got the Droid Turbo 2 when it came out and when I got home, where I work, I could hear my calls but they couldn't hear me unless I went and stood outside in a "special spot." This is obviously not conducive so I went back to the store and they thought I had a bad antennae. They replaced the phone and I went back home. It worked great for 2 weeks, as did my previous Droid Razor Maxx. Then all of the sudden, same issue again. I have got to have a phone that works and do not know how to even go about troubleshooting this problem. I can hear the callers, but they cant hear me. I also cannot type in numbers when prompted which tells me that my signal out is getting disrupted. Any suggestions?
Hmmm.....same issue here. Called Motorola. They said to back up my phone, then wipe it clean and reboot. Have not yet tried this. Will report back if it is what I am forced to do.
Back up & re-initialize. Problem solved.
