Shocking that Verizon is not letting their customers know that the Turbo 2 Nougat update was pulled. I chatted with a customer service rep on Sunday about the same issue. He did not know about this either, until I pressed. He finally found an internal alert indicating that the software upgrade to Nougat was pulled due to multiple issues. No new date given.
Honestly it isn't surprising.
