Since installing update to 24.31.22 my phone now has to request access permissions for every app I open. Also there is this screen overlay thing I needed to disable on many apps (mostly google and moto based apps) to allow other apps to run. Where did that come from? Is screen overlay needed for the google and moto apps to run properly?
I'm having this same issue. Did you get any type of resolution?
No resolution. I just had to learn to deal with it. Each time an app updates I have to give permissions again. The screen overlay is something I have to enable and disable depending on the app I want to run.
I've learned that the pop-up heads for Facebook messenger are usually the only overlay that I have to change.. simply by removing them from the screen I can accept the new approval request again.
