Starting today, whenever I attempt to charge my turbo 2, it will not charge. The device just continues to turn on when plugged in, then power off immediately. It will keep doing this without stopping until I unplug it, but the power will remain at 0%. I've tried charging it with two different wall chargers, multiple outlets, USB connected to my laptop, and USB connected to my car. Absolutely nothing makes it stop. It managed to get to 10% once, but turned itself on and said it was at 4% and died almost immediately, then continued turning off and on.
