Phone all of a sudden won't play any sounds, including videos, ringtone/notification sounds, any sound really. I can't even make phone calls because the sound won't work, even plugging in headphones doesn't work and now the phone app won't let me hang up but doesn't connect. I've tried rebooting the phone, clearing the cache, even a factory reset and nothing. How do I fix this?
