I activated my phone yesterday and it has very little volume. I see many have had or having the same issue? Do I nee to get another phone instead of Turbo? Thanks.

I do have a few questions if you don’t mind. Do you have a case on the phone? Are you using a bluetooth device? Can you play a video and hear the voulme? We await your response.
