I activated my phone yesterday and it has very little volume. I see many have had or having the same issue? Do I nee to get another phone instead of Turbo? Thanks.

Blessed30 I'm sure you want your new phone to work as it is intended. I'm sad to learn you are experiencing volume issues. You do have a 14 day guarantee if you would like to return. I do have a few questions if you don’t mind. Do you have a case on the phone? Are you using a bluetooth device? Can you play a video and hear the voulme? We await your response.
