Phone reset on its own and after boot up the wifi will not turn on. When I press the toggle button it moves to the on position and then immediately goes back to off. Have done a factory reset and have yet to install any third party apps. Tried following some instructions to boot in safe mode but I either did something wrong or the directions were incorrect for my device or so.
