Numerous problems with my email but I am hoping that someone can help me out.
1) The error message that randomly occurs and immediately shuts down my email activity.
The message references an error with com.motorola.service.main
What the heck does this mean and how do I fix this?
2) I have two gmail accounts and one hotmail account. They are all syncing together and I want it to stop. When initially setting up my phone, I did not know what syncing really meant. When deleting an email message from one account, they do not sync delete on each of the accounts, so I have to go through the deleting process two more times. I thought to delete my email accounts all together from my phone and start from scratch, but I am unable to find out where to do this too!
Anyone, help! So far, the only thing going for this new phone is the gorilla glass!
Your problem sounds a bit complicated to sort out. Since you say you did not know what syncing meant when you set them up, I would start by removing them. Then read the Android manual, paying specific attention to Accounts>Adding and Removing Accounts & Configuring Accounts Sync and display options as well as the Gmail sections.
Only add one account at a time and make sure it functions without problems before adding another. That way, if you do have errors, it will be easier to pin point the source.

To remove an account: From any home screen, tap menu --> Settings --> Accounts. Tap the account you want to remove, then tap Remove.
Refinedtita, thank you for sharing your concerns about your Droid Razr. I'm sad to hear that the only thing you like about the phone is the Gorilla Glass, because this is a great device. As the other forum members have posted, your email account seems to be setup strangely. You say you have all three email accounts synced so that the same emails go to each account? Do you have the emails forwarded from one email account to the others? Do your emails also show duplicated if you login to each Hotmail or Gmail account from your Browser or a computer?
I would suggest removing email accounts also, starting with the two Hotmail accounts since removing the Gmail account generally requires a hard reset. If you have any forwarding setup on your home computer, remove that setting.
