Exchange Calendar Integration

Am new to Android so maybe I am missing something obvious. When creating a new entry on my exchange sync'd calendar I cannot seem to figure out how to invite others to the event. If I create the event on a google calendar there is a section labeled guests where I can pick from my address book and generate invites. On the exchange sync'd calendar there is no similar function that I can find. Any ideas? Is this possible? Using Droid Razr Maxx HD with android 4.1.

We are having the same issues. We have 56 Droid Razr HD's with android 4.1.2 and the "Guest" option isn't there on the Corporate account calendar events. It does show on the Google account when they have one. I have the Droid Razr Maxx (not the HD) on android 4.1.2 and it works fine for both calendars (same exchange server). So it has to be possible, just something with the HD model's that they did differently?  I haven't found much on my google searches so far. Any help would be great, I was thinking of contacting Motorola as well.

I just went through Motorola Tech support and this isn't a feature that is available on the HD series phones (Razr HD and Razr Maxx HD). They said maybe in the next version of Android (5.0) it might have it, but they don't know if they will get that software for the HD phones. He suggested using a different app rather than corporate activesync to get this feature.

I know this doesn't help, but "Guest" is an option the Droid Razr Maxx with 4.1.2 for corporate exchange calendar function. Maybe you could link to your corporate email account as regular email? idk....just an idea.

Same problem here.  Had a Razr Maxx, and I was able to add guests for Exchange Account calendar invites.  Upgraded to Razr Maxx HD, and can no longer do so.

Someone suggested that if I use by gmail calendar, I can use it to do calendar invites on my exchange/corporate account, but not sure how that would work?

To everyone like me that has the same question to above.  To answer this Question you will need to follow the below steps to resolve this issue.  I got this information from a level 2 tech support guy from Motorola.

Step 1 - Install the google calendar app from google play store

Step 2 - Open this calendar (google calendar) and see if you can test an event and invite guest to it. 

Step 3 - Don't use the default motorola/google calendar that came on the device.  Use the google calendar it is more up to date than the default moto/google calendar.

I hope this helps!  It sure has for me.  My next option was to trash this phone and get another device so I could effectively work remotely.
