My font recently changed on message and various apps to white with black border and it's impossible to read. How can I switch it back?

Let's make sure your device becomes usable again! Did this start after a new app or update installed? Please ensure High Contract Text and Color Inversion is disabled via Settings>Accessibility>High Contract Text/Color Inversion.
