Some how I got my phone set up for a blind user.... and I cant get it switched back. It wont scroll, and I have to tap the screen several times to get any thing to open at all.

For Voice an such go to > People or call settings > Dialer > then settings in your Dialer there you can un~check settings suck TTY mode, Hearing Aid, Etc.
One other thing you could do to clear the phone of this is Doing a Factory Reset..
