After the update I lost cell service but still have data on my Droid Razr Maxx HD. I restarted the phone to see if it would fix the issue no luck, I then did a factory reset and still nothing. Anyone else having this issue?
I've been having the same issue since the OS update. My 4g is constantly being grayed out and I loose cell service. With that problem and then it constantly freezing now, I am wishing I did not accept the update now. I really think it has something to do with the new app that came with the update (com.gravitymobile.hornbill). The app that nobody can forcestop or uninstall. Verizon, please fix this issue.
I have the opposite problem, phone still works, but 4G freezes then looses all data connection. I have found that if I went into flight mode then turned it off, it'll connects again. Very annoying, prompt respond please or I'll return the phone and service
