Haven't been able to receive or send text for a few days

I've been in Canada since mid-May and just recently my phone has stopped receiving or sending out texts or calls. I will be back in a few days so I'm hoping its just a network problem up here. My phone used to say that it was on an Extended Network, but now it says its on the Telus Network so now its actually roaming. Is the Extended Network down in Vancouver or is my phone just on its last legs?

We want to make sure you enjoy your service on your trip Chopkins! Are you seeing any error messages when you attempt calls or messages? It is definitely possible to pick up different networks while in another country. Do you have a Canadian rate plan or did you add a global package before you left? Did you try power cycling the device? If it will not respond, my best recommendation is to call global support from an alternate line at 908-559-4899.
