Several times since my Droid Turbo operating system upgraded my email freezes up completely. Powering off the phone doesn't fix the problem. Twice I have deleted the account and re-added it. Then it seems to work fine until it doesn't. I have no trouble with this account on my pc. Any help would be appreciated.
Freezing email account is never ok. I appreciate the steps that you have taken so far. Let's keep working on this. Do you notice that this is happening while connected to LTE or does it only happen while connected to a WiFi network? Please let us know so we can strat to narrow things down.

It's been happening at our house, where we have poor Verizon connection but
good WiFi thru Comcast.
