There are times when I assume (foolishly) that my phone will remain on full sound volume. I pick it up later and it has magically gone completely down to silent and I have missed important calls.
There are other times when I need my phone to do no more than vibrate. Instead it goes off at full volume in the middle of meeting or other inappropriate location.
Have you enabled the Moto Actions or Quiet Mode? Motorola has added software to make the phone quiet during sleep, meetings, work or home depending on what you want. It can also tell the phone to be at "all sounds on deck" when you want.
