How do I get logged into the app?

I'm trying to watch the SC Finals and the NHL Game Center app says that VZW customers are automatically upgraded to the Premium package for video...   It's asking me to log into the app??  WTF?  VZW creds don't work.

I regret to learn of the trouble when trying to access the application. All 4G devices automatically receive NHL GameCenter Premium for free. User sign-in is necessary to access GameCenter Live. Go to nhl.com to register or reset your password. Once you register/reset password, enter credentials in the application to log on. Let us know if you need further assistance.
