On my other phones I have them set to announce who is calling before it rings. I just received my replacement phone from Asurion and can't remember how to make it happen.

The Caller id readout is definitely a helpful feature. It's super convenient and it works very well when you are away from your phone. It will be my pleasure to provide you with the steps on how to activate this feature. May I ask what Android version do you have on your phone? The path varies depending on OS version. Below is the common step to get to this feature.
Apps > Phone > Menu > Settings > Caller ID Readout.
Once you have activated this service, I suggest testing it for functionality. Let me know if more assistance is needed.
