How do I switch lines on my account when the SIM card is incompatible?

Trying to transfer the Turbo to a different line on my account. Can't do it online.

You would need to have a sim card that will work in both devices. You can get one from a local Verizon store.

You can do it by calling tech support. The first person I talked to said it couldn't be done so I insisted he transfer me to someone else. The second person said it was easy and had no problems with it.
