How to remove files from Backup Assistant Plus

I keep receiving the error message to purchase additional memory.  I don't want to do that, I ran into this problem after taking many photos.  I emptied all photos etc on my phone and still no change. What can I do to clear the memory?

Good morning. Ensuring you have sufficent memory to save your content is important. I am sorry to learn of the reoccuring message you are receiving.

I understand you have already removed many photos. Did you also ensure they were also removed from the website. To do this, log into your Backup Assistant account online by clicking Also, you may want to try clearing your app cache.
