I have a Motorola Droid Razr M.  The is the second phone I have had. The first one the sound went out and Verizon sent me a different phone.  Now this phone won't let me access the internet.  I spent 57 min on the phone with a tech person and that person was supposed to call me back today to see if the problem was corrected.  Well she didn't and and problem is not corrected. The phone will not let me access the interne unless I am using a WI-FI connection.  If I turn the phone off and back on it will work for a little while and then quit.  I am not very happy with the serivce Verizon is giving or the phone they gave me.  Dennis
