Budone and Wildman i have the site Book Marked on the Computer and it goes Directly to it when i tap on it and it's pretty smooth from there although when we were changing over from Lithium it was a Bummer at First and as for the Site on the Mobile it's pretty straight forward as Well that is the last time i Tried it that was around the End of June haven't done it Since but will give it a Try and report to in little While..
Logging in from the desktop works reliably for me too. My problem is the mobile site will not let me log in with my Verizon account ID and neither the desktop nor the mobile site will allow me to log in with my Screen ID. The system will not even allow me to attach a password to my Screen ID even though it seems to go through the email routine flawlessly.
I have had this problem on a CDMA device before. I had to log in the Mobile site using WiFi. I'm not by WiFi right now to try it but I'm having the same issue.
If you Trying around Midnight you Might Run into Issues as this When Verizon sometimes does Site Maintenance Work i have had this issue happen as Well and when i called that's what C.S.R's have Told me) I re-Tried at around 6 am and it worked so you think about That.. b33
I found my problem. On my old phone the 9 and ( did not line up like a regular keyboard, and I had to make allowances when typing on my phone ('cause password had been created on regular keyboard). On my new phone, the 9 and ( line up, but the 2 and @ do not. I had been inadvertently typing a # when I meant to type an @.
Is there any update for My Verizon by Chance for your phone that's in your Apps) there Located in the Playstore) i know on my Verizon my Phone it doesn't need to Updated but it require that i use a Password only then after that i'm in but than that i haven't to Many issues) Now some time ago i did but that has been cleared up...
