On my desktop I used my community ID to change the password (I thought). But if I try to log in again via community id, the password is incorrect. I tried this twice and had Jive email me my community id once. Nothing will let me log in via desktop or mobile using my community id. I give up for now and will stick to the desktop and "My Verizon Personal Account" id and password to post on the forums. Mobile would be nice, but it's not an absolute necessity.

I'm hoping that Verizon will merge the two logins and simply have a user log into MyVerizon and then their would be a link for the forum there that wont need any additional logins.

That was their original plan, however there was too much pushback by those of us who have been here for a few years. They tried about a year ago and it locked all of us out Andy's old timers would have lost some of the perks by having a higher rating.
In addition , many of us inluding me, did not like having to open my phones account to access this site.

Good point, I didn't think of that part... Well maybe they could try a similar setup that the Verizon home customers accounts has.. They have a check box to merge the mobile and home accounts onto one user experience and if they want them separate they simply unchecked merge option.

The Verizon Residential forum has the option for signing into their community via two options. This is the screen I get when accessing the mobile version.

The ressie forum is still on the Lithium platform. It may be easier with that system
