A few months back this was promised. This release is now more than 10 months old. Have plans changed? When will this release come out for this phone?

The Droid Razr Maxx HD is not listed as a phone scheduled to receive the Lollipop update on Motorola's website.

Possibly you are mistaking this for the Droid Maxx which is a different device.
My miss. I have a Droid Maxx and it has been listed as awaiting an update for months. No update in site.
