Probably a dumb question. When is send a text, the person receiving it gets my cell phone number as the source. With my previous phone it would show my name and not a cell number. Can I or how do I set this up on the Droid?

That is definitely an odd circumstance. I certainly understand how important it is to make sure your information is transmitted correctly. When a message is sent this will relay your direct contact number to the intended party. If they wish to customize how they receive your info they will need to adjust their contact settings on their device. Please keep us posted if you have any additional questions, thanks!
