Verizon & their kit kat upgrade has destroyed our phones. Does not receive a lot of calls nor shows calls missed.
Messages come in days later if at all. Battery life cut in half.
No signal throughout day. Message: Kindle has stopped working - I don't even use it.
Screen goes black and very difficult to get back on.
Everything in slow motion.
How can I get this to work till October when out contract for 4 phones expire?
All 4 of us will be kissing Verizon goodbye.
I use this daily for work and must have it working for call out at night.

There was no issues until the KITKAT UPGRADE was downloaded and installed.

Did the safe mode thing and it didn't help anything. It did take out one of my email accounts.
How much is early termination fee for only having 4 months left?
Verizon should give it to me for free.
Some reason they don't understand we have to have our phones 24 hours a day for work.
Time for me to move on and hopefully find a better service.
Not gonna play this game of trying this and that when they screwed up everything through an untested upgrade.
ETF is $350 minus $10 for each month of service you have complete in the contract.
