I had a pin set up on my Droid max and my 5 year old entered the wron pin 10x's causing the phone to wipe and reset. The phone now needs my Google login info to restore. Well, I have a 2 step verification on google and no backup email. I have also forgot the password for my google account and google says they can't verify its my account. Verizon was no help and try getting a hold of google! Any advice or am I now the proud owner of a really expensive paper weight??
We want to make sure that you have a properly functioning device, Krispypenguin. Do you know if you backed up your device to Verizon Cloud? If so, you could establish a new Google account for now, restore your device and continue to work with Google to unlock your current Google account.
