I recently got a brand new Moto Edge+ and it already has horrible screen burn! It's not even 2 weeks ago....Is there a fix for this, or will Verizon take it back??

If it's under 2 weeks, you can return with a $50 restocking fee. You could also call in for a warranty replacement which will most likely be a refurbished phone.

At this time Motorola has not stated that there is an issue with that model phone's screen burning. With any phone that has OLED screen, leaving the same image on the phone while the brightness is high would lead to screen burn.
If you are within the 14 days of purchase, you can exchange the phone. Any phones purchased from a store location can only be exchanged at the actual store it was received from.
