My Razr M is stuck in "electric droid eye" loop and wont fully boot up. What are my options?

I'm very sorry to see you've got trouble with your RAZR M, jetmech1984. I do hope that your concerns have been resolved since you posted. If not, please allow the device to fully discharge all power and then connect to the charger. Allow it to fully charge, and then power up and test it again. Let me know how it goes!
