Motorola Razr - unable to setup corporate google mail

I'm having an issue setting up my corporate google mail on my device. Setting it up as google or exchange fails.

I''m able to set it up on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and an iPhone with no issues. Am I missing some sort of setting that will interfere with the setup?

I've had issues with Blackberry's when the wifi is on in the past. I;m looking to see if I'm missing a setting like that.
