My Motorola Droid Maxx XT912 is stuck on the emergency call screen. I tried turning it off for 15 minutes but it's still locked on that screen. I can't navigate off of it. Any ideas before I throw it out the window??
Don't throw it, let's restore it! Try resetting the device by following the visuals here http://vz.to/126odlT Please keep in mind this will erase everything from the device. Your pictures/videos should be saved to your memory card and hopefully your contacts were previously backed up via Backup Assistant or Gmail. Please keep me posted on your success. Thank you.
