I have tried several chargers, including my car charger and the original charger for the phone. It will not charge. I can hold the power and volume down button and it will start to boot up but then shut off because it has no power. I have not dropped or gotten the phone wet. It was fine last night and this morning I realized it was not charging over night and when it died it will not charge.
@dolphin8497 having a reliable phone is a must. Let's get to the bottom of this. How old is your device? Have you tried leaving it plugged into a charger for 20 minutes then turning it on? Does anything happen when you place it on the charger (any lights/noise)?
